![]() That is the straw that stirs the drink for Selvala. Selvala, Heart of the Wilds: Whenever another creature enters the battlefield, its controller may draw a card if its power is greater than each other. Greater Good, Momentous Fall, Life's Legacy, Rishkar's Expertise, etc. This deck also has the redundancy of other ramp and card draw so we don't flounder if someone deals with our commander. ![]() This deck features the flexibility of hydras, the power of some of green's biggest beaters, and just a few infinite combos. The big thing you really, really want is a way to turn your creatures into card draw. This deck is built around Selvala's great interaction with big creatures. More fair than mine is! I am running a lot of the stepping stone creatures like ], ], etc so I can land them early and use them to generate a lot of mana early for Selvala so I can begin to cast into my big threats. Obviously, this deck is weak to control/stax builds, so our goal is to race to the end as quickly as possible. Like with all Selvala decks, we run plenty of HUGE creatures and tricks to buff & act as rituals with our commander. Looking at your list, yours is very fair. This competitive Selvala build is mono-Green aggro, designed to combo fast or hit hard. The amount of absurd things you end up being able to do with her is intense. Listen, even without infinite win-cons, Selvala is a fucking battle-axe. I do have an Umbral Mantle in there and you can get tricky with bounce shenanigans with Temer Sabertooth but ultimately I did not want it full of infinite combos since my playgroup also frowns upon them. I built my Selvala deck to be mostly non-infinite.
